Once upon a time, in a land called Guild Wars Guru was a poster, named chris_nin00. chris_nin00 loved to play useless forum games even though his mind was shrinking with every post. His hands burned the keyboard and mouse every internet session, and he didn't sleep until 1 o'clock in the morning... even when it was a school night. But his desire and lust for a new title was too much for him. So he kept at it.

chris_nin00 has just reached Sancho Panza! But what's this?! A new spam poster to challenge him? Whoever this poster was meant business. The mysterious challenger went by... Avari Zi. Averaging at 55.6 posts per day at her top speed, this girl was no joke.

The race was on...

First one to reach Cervantes?! Loviatar, 3 months earlier. He was prophesized in the book of prophecies of February of 2005. Not much of a spammer, but lots of posts under his belt. Anyways, in the past month, Loviatar had passed the wondrous, 5000th post mark...

5000th Post title, a legend, a myth, a secret. Known to give you the super secret post title! Up till this day, only Loviatar knows what happened when he got to the 5000th post. No, it wasn't a new title. It was a new beginning.

to this day, Avari Zi has dissapeared from the Guild Wars Guru forums. no one knows what has happened to her.

as for the other posters who have reached this epic title of Cervantes, theEPIC, Swampgirl Inez, EchoSex, PieXags and others have all reached above and beyond 1,500 posts. EchoSex and PieXags are no longer "Cervantes", however. they have distinguished themselves in the Guild Wars Guru community, and have earned their custom titles.

time moves on, and Heist23 eventually spammed out 100 posts in a couple hours for his Cervantes title.

then, our friend Pwnd came along, and reached Cervantes in a record time...less than 1 month.

there has not been another OT Forum spammer who has reached Cervantes recently......

You forgot about me chris. 8 days to reach Cervantes. That comes out to over 100 posts a day. Spam King is still my title.

When I signed up I thought it meant your GW character name, so I was stuck with a strange fantasy name for a loooong time. Changed to my real life name.

Whats with that? Must be the weather...

I think I was the slowest to get cervantes... who is currently cervantes at least. But some of us may remember the spammer even greater than Tippy... Platinum Agent's first account, I believe it was Golden Agent, had like 300 posts in one day... Then he got banned, made a second account, got banned again, and finally learned.

Darn right it is, unless you spam like crazy. I used to spam here, riverside inn, and the campfire. I was on 24/7, then i realized that i started to dream about Guru, my friends were leaving me, and my girlfriend was telling me i was obssesed with spamming here. So i wrote them all a message saying that i was not obsessed. At the end of it i added post count +1... that was when i had to go to spamming rehab...
